SKD Formation Monthly-November 2019 State of the Region – Annual Meeting 2019 It’s been a busy, busy year and there is a lot to report on. First let’s talk about the changes at the Regional Level. Ted and Gretchen Bienkowski have resigned their positions on the Regional Council for personal reasons. I am very, very saddened at this but I understand that life happens and we need to roll with it. I would like to publicly thank Ted and Gretchen for everything they have done in the last 3 ½ years. They traveled many miles with me for visitations, elections and special visits with You Can’t Blow a Kiss to Your Leper We are often asked “who” or ‘what’ our leper is.
